We lust on offbeat, unique kanjeevarams as much as we lust over different lehengas, and adore it when a bride tries something new. Trying out something new with a brand new hue is a cool way to do it, and here are a few brides who pushed the boundaries and gave us some stunning new kanjeevaram shades- shades that we definitely hadn't seen much of before!

Now this is one fresh hue straight up! The colour is a gorgeous shade of green, that falls under the pastel category, but still has a brightness to it. A very summery, pretty shade to consider for 2023! Athiya Shetty wore it for one of her functions, and boy, it sure is a lovely hue!
Lemonade Pink

An offbeat shade of pink with a lemony-gold mixed to it, which makes for such a beautiful, subtle hue- which has the best of pink and gold in it!
Opal Purple

Lilac, but not quite. Love the name opal purple, and we like how it's this light purple with a subtle silvery sheen to it. A lovely shade for a day wedding.
Salmon

One of our faves from 2022, this salmon Sabyasachi saree is such a nice blend of salmon and gold. Lovely indeed if you don't want to go down the typical pink or peach route.
Iceberg Blue

Iceberg blue looks something right out of frozen, and when complimented with pink like this, or without, makes for a stunning combination for a bridal saree!
