So many couples are choosing to have their weddings in venues that do not need a lot more to make them look beautiful. The first thing that struck us about Sreedevi and Narendran's wedding was the gorgeous decor and the pop of orange and rust everywhere. Meet Sreedevi and Narendran
On April 4th 2020, I relocated to UAE for work. The very same day, I had plans to surprise my best friend from college. Once I arrived at her place, her best friend came and picked me up. That was the first time I met my now Husband. We started hanging out and became really good friends. The rest is history. We dated for 4 years and finally decided we wanted to spend forever together.

Our wedding took place on July 5, 2023. Both of us come from different states, and for our wedding, we aimed to create a blend of our diverse cultures while keeping it modern and intimate. One unique challenge we faced was having both the wedding and reception on the same day at the same venue. We wanted a seamless transition between the two events. To achieve this, we opted for a common theme of white and green, ensuring a harmonious flow from one occasion to the next.
Our beautiful outdoor venue played a crucial role in bringing our vision to life. The decor had to integrate seamlessly with the natural greenery of the surroundings, rather than standing out. For the wedding we wanted traditional south indian floral decor yet minimalistic. For the Reception, we wanted floral decor in white and green with lots of string lights. The wedding was planned by both of us without the help of a planner.

Venue: Farmhouse Collective
We chose the Farmhouse Social in Bangalore as our wedding venue. We were in search of an outdoor location that would provide an intimate setting due to our smaller guest list. The Farmhouse Collective exceeded our expectations in every way. Situated away from the city's commotion, the venue boasts exquisite greenery and landscaping. Its size was just right for our intimate gathering.
Makeup Artist: Sakshi M Banthia
I chose Sakshi M Banthia as my makeup artist for both of my events. I had a specific vision for my makeup, aiming for a natural look that complemented my skin tone and had a touch of natural glam. Sakshi proved to be highly professional and succeeded in making me feel relaxed on my wedding day. She exhibited great attention to detail, taking her time to flawlessly execute my vision.

We decided to go with Wedartistry as our photographers for our wedding, and they were my top choice right from the start. Their work had impressed me greatly. They demonstrated a profound understanding of our vision and were a perfect match for our intimate wedding setting. On the big day, they made us feel at ease and utterly comfortable. The end results, the pictures and videos, have left us absolutely enchanted. They managed to capture the true essence of our special day, and the wedding highlight video was exceptionally beautiful. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Bridal Outfits
Wedding Saree: House of Angadi - My heart was set on the saree Deepika Padukone wore for her wedding, and I always dreamt of wearing it for my own big day. Finally, my dream became a reality thanks to House of Angadi. For the reception, I chose a lehenga from Thunnal, aiming for a look resembling a white wedding dress with nude lining. Thunnal did a fantastic job bringing my vision to life.
Catering: Bosco Catering Events
Catered both our events, The traditional Kerala South Indian Sadhya for Wedding and Continental Buffet for Reception. They were very professional, Great service and food was also really great.
